The SCU JAR or library encountered a fault constructing the request URL.

Likely Causes

Malformed endpoint path in SCU configuration
Trailing or leading whitespace in URL segments

Fix

Strip all URL components of whitespace before use. Check your endpoint path configuration. GavaConnect returns HTTP 200 with an error body on whitespace URLs — no spec mention anywhere.
